REGISTRATION INFORMATION 

Full Weekend Registration includes: 2 Nights Lodging, 2 Dinner Banquets, 1 Bowling Luncheon, Dances, Friday Activity and Saturday After Party.  Breakfast is NOT included with any registration.

Squires Package: (Saturday ONLY - No Overnight Stay) for Squire Youth or Squire Adult. Includes Bowling Luncheon, Saturday Night Banquet, Saturday Night Dance, After party and special Squires only activities!  

Dignitary Night Stay & Banquet:  By Invitation ONLY.  This is for a one night stay ONLY for the date indicated and the Banquet and night activities associated with that night's stay. This should not be used in conjunction with any other registration, where the indicated night is included.  In general, this option is for those Dignitaries not staying for the full Convention.

Single Banquet or Lunch Tickets: are for those that are attending in the listed Banquet or Lunch ONLY and are not staying over at the hotel during convention.  (Full convention attendee registration includes all Banquets; Dances; & After Parties, and you do not need a separate banquet ticket.)  Please see below our single ticket options:

Please note: You are encouraged to purchase additional banquet tickets if needed in advance. Due to seating capacity with the hotel, we may not be able to sell banquet tickets onsite at Convention.  

Extra Nights Lodging:  Extra nights lodging is available for specific nights as listed below.  The cost is $170 per room, per night.

DEADLINES

To secure the best possible price, you are highly encouraged to register as early as possible.

Regular Registration Deadline:          October 20th

Late Registration Begins at Midnight on:      October 21st through 30th

After October 30th, please contact the registrar for any housing registrations at [email protected].  Please note that after this date, space and availability may be limited.  Banquet tickets will be available online until November 2, 2026.

ADVISOR / CHAPERONE

Each youth registrant must provide the name and contact information of their DeMolay Advisor or Chaperone that will be in attendance with them at Convention.   Female guests are responsible to secure their own chaperone.  All chaperones must be at least 25 years of age. Registration for female guests will be considered pending and will not be able to check-in at convention unless a chaperone registration can be linked to their registration.  A chaperone may only be responsible for up to four (4) females.

Airport Information (SFO,OAK,STS) 

There are no complementary shuttles to any of the area airports. Below is listed paid transportation. Registration fees do not include any of the paid transportation.

Please let us know if you need transportation as soon as possible so that we can make sure you get to the hotel from the airport.

PAYMENT

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.  If you would like to pay by check, please choose “Check" before you hit the submit button.  All registrations will incur a $1.00 use fee.  If paying by check remember to pay the total on the confirmation email which will be $1.00 greater than the registration price, this is inclusive of all registrations (attendee or banquet only).  Additionally, if utilizing a credit card payment, there will be additional fees added by the application and are outside of our control.   Please verify the total amount due after completing all registrations.

**Please remember that those paying by check will also have a registration fee of one dollar ($1.00) added for each registration. This is the basic system processing fee and is outside of our control.  The correct total amount due will be shown on the bottom of the confirmation email.  Please pay this amount to ensure payment in full is completed to avoid registration delays.

Checks should be received before November 20, 2026, or must be delivered upon registration check-in at convention.  Registrants will not be permitted to attend without payment in full.

**WAIVER & RELEASE FORMS**

All registered Convention attendees staying with us at the host hotel will need signed Waiver/Release Forms on file with the Registrar.  All waiver/release forms shall be completed online.  They will be available after submitting your registration.  Your registration will be considered pending, and you will not be allowed to check-in at Convention without completing the Waiver/Release Forms.  If you have downloaded the forms, you can email them to: convreg@norcaldemolay,com  

ROOMING  

DeMolay is an organization that consists of members who are of legal age (18-20) and of members who are not of legal age (12-17). The Convention staff typically houses four DeMolay attendees to a room with two queen-size beds.  Unless otherwise indicated on your Registration Form, you are consenting to being housed as prescribed by the Northern California DeMolay Executive Officer.  Active youth male attendees between the ages of 12-17 will be housed together with no more than a 2-year age range.    Active youth male attendees between the ages of 18-21 may be housed together.  Female youth attending our Convention are roomed similarly.  Members of the Order of DeMolay are never roomed with DeMolay Advisors.    

Rooming Requests: If you have a special rooming request, please indicate it in the appropriate section when you register.  Those requesting rooms together must meet the age requirements of the Youth Protection Policy and the housing rules established by our Executive Officer.   Room requests are not guaranteed! 

REFUND/CANCELLATION 

Refund requests must be made in writing before 11:59pm on November 13, 2026.  There is no refund guarantee for any requests made after November 13, 2026.
