This program is open to all active DeMolays—whether you're a new recruit, a rising chapter leader, or a seasoned past master councilor. Returning heroes will find new challenges and opportunities to grow and lead at even greater levels.

Masonic Youth Order members—including Sweethearts, potential Sweethearts, Rainbow Girls, and Job’s Daughters—will gain powerful leadership skills to strengthen their organizations and themselves.

Heroic Registration – Your Mission Awaits!

Greetings, Future Legends! The time has come to assemble for the ultimate DLC experience. Follow these steps to ensure your heroic entry into this epic event!

Individual Registrations

Calling All Heroes!  Prepare for Battle – Have all your contact and payment information at the ready.

• Declare Your Rank – Every young hero must list their current office held, with the highest rank taking precedence. A division-level leader stands above a chapter-level leader.
• Sidekick Approval Required – Parental contact information and permission are needed for ALL ACTIVE YOUTH HEROES.
• Mentor Approval Required – Advisors must also grant permission for ALL ACTIVE YOUTH HEROES.
• Sign the Hero’s Code – Each hero must complete the online waiver form(s), which will be sent directly to them or their guardian’s inbox.
• Secret Invite Codes –
• Knights and X Team Members will receive a unique "Invite Code" to unlock their exclusive registration.
• Staff will be granted their own "Invite Code" for access to the heroic staff registration.
• Final Activation – Your registration is only complete once you have signed the waiver and received your all-important QR code.
• Bring Your Hero Badge – Carry your QR code to DLC for official hero check-in!

Group Registrations

Assemble Your League! Heroes are stronger together! Group registrations require careful coordination:

• Be Battle-Ready – Have all members' complete contact information before starting.
• Declare Ranks – Each young hero must list their highest office held, prioritizing division over chapter offices.
• No Imposters Allowed – Only real hero names—no placeholders, pseudonyms, or clones!
• One Leader to Lead Them – Only ONE advisor or adult should handle team registration to prevent duplicates.
• Hero’s Code Agreement – Every hero must complete the emailed waiver form to finalize registration.
• Billing Matters – Use an actual person's name for payment details—no organizations or chapter names allowed!
• Final Activation – Every hero must complete the waiver and receive their QR code.
• Squad Leader’s Responsibility – The group leader must ensure every hero receives their QR code promptly.
• Bring Your Hero Badge – Every hero needs their QR code for official check-in!

Female Youth Registration Specifics

• Any female youth hero holding the title of Sweetheart, Princess, or Lil Sis must register accordingly and answer all position-related questions.

  Other Heroic Women – Female heroes not holding these titles should complete registration and indicate their affiliated organization.

 Squire Registration Information 

Young Heroes in Training! Prepare for Battle – Have all contact and payment information ready.

• Sidekick Approval Required – Parental permission is required for ALL SQUIRE HEROES.
• Sign the Hero’s Code – Each squire must complete the emailed waiver form.
• Final Activation – Registration is only complete once the waiver is signed and the QR code is received.
• Bring Your Hero Badge – The QR code is your key to entry!

Fee Information

• Registration Fees – The Cost of Heroism💰 Processing Fees Apply – All credit card payments include processing fees set by the registration platform.

  💰 Cash & Check Fees – A $1.00 fee per registrant applies to all non-card payments due to website costs.

• Mission Abandonment Policy – Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows🛑 Mission Abort Deadline – Refund requests must be submitted in writing by 11:59 PM on June 15, 2025. Refunds are not guaranteed after this date.

  🛑 No-Show Penalty – If you fail to show up, you will be charged the full registration cost.
